Overview:
Nestled in the western Himalayas, the valley is entirely covered with blooming flowers from July to September. The Valley of Flowers is home to over 500 species of wild flowers and was declared as the national park of India in the year 1982 and it is now a world heritage site. The virgin beauty of this mystical land has successfully lured botanists, nature lovers and adventure lovers since beginning. The pristine water of Pushpawati River divides it into two parts. Capture thick dew drops on the vivid flowers, listen to the chirping of birds and enjoy the salubrious air of the Himalayas. Also visit Hemkund Sahib, one of the biggest and most scenic Gurudwaras.

Itinerary

Day 1 – Drive from Haridwar to Govindghat 1828m(8-9 Hrs.), over night at hotel.
Day 2 – Trek from Govindghat to Ghangariya 3048m, 14 Kms (5-6 Hrs),  overnight at hotel.
Day 3 – Trek from Ghangariya to Valley of Flowers and back 10 Kms. (6 to 7 Hrs), overnight in the hotel at Ghanga-riya. Surrounded of Valley Ghori Parbat (6950m), Rataban (6125m), Kunthkhal (4430m), Sapatshring (5038), Nilgiri Parvat(6479m).
Day 4 – Trek from Ghangariya to Hemkund Sahib(4329m).
Later trek back to Ghangariya. Overnight in the  hotel at Ghangariya.
Day 5 – Early morning Trek to Govindghat. Thereafter trekkers may visit Auli.
Day 6 – Drive back to Haridwar.
