CENTRAL EMBASSY MALL
Sprawl into the ultra luxury lifestyle mall that welcomes you to immaculate designer stores. Revoke your imagination to the varieties of shopping itineraries the mall has to provide from Calvin Klein collections to Tom Ford, from Prada, Gucci to Pomellato. While shopping, delight your mood with an array of eating options with luxurious restaurants to food courts. Enjoy the real international culinary extravaganza or eat traditional Thai. ASIATIQUE THE RIVERFRONT

It is the largest lifestyle outdoor shopping mall in Bangkok by Chao Phraya River opened barely two years ago. Today it is the most upscale riverside night market and may be the trendiest landmark in Bangkok. Separated into four districts aka Chareonkrung District (performance/entertainment), Town Square District (dining area/activity area), Factory District (fashions) and Waterfront District (walkway along the river with upscale restaurants), it is indeed a  shoppers paradise! The 60 meters high Ferris wheel offers an amazing view of the city. The prices are slightly more than other night markets, but strolling on Bangkok’s longest public boardwalk, enjoying gorgeous views, shopping and dining along the river, one really doesn’t mind.

MBK MALL
If shopping is your cardio and you love the thrill of finding the best bargains then the legendary MBK with eight stories of shopping bliss ( read over 200 shops) could be your best option as you can buy just about anything you can think of in the MBK Center; the free directory of shops is 20 pages long!  There are entire floors dedicated to shoes and handbags, fashion and clothing, mobile phones and furniture and yes there is also an enormous food court with lots of affordable and yummy Thai and international food to choose from. The top floor comprises of an entertainment complex boasting plush cinemas, modern karaoke facilities, a computer games arcade and plenty of other restaurants and fast food choices.

SIAM PARAGON
Siam Paragon is one of the largest shopping centres in Asia with over 270 shops including flagship stores of the designer names like Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Versace, Burberry and Hermes; a Gourmet Market and Food Hall on the ground level cinema, Siam Ocean World, a world class aquarium with some 4 million litres of water shelter sea and river fishes, frog and toads, penguins, amphibians and mammals from Asia and beyond on the basement floor, concert hall, bowling alley, karaoke centre, exhibition hall and the Thai Art Gallery, so with a lot more to offer than just shopping!

PLATINUM FASHION MALL
Buy more, save more is the mantra at the Platinum Fashion Mall. The six storey wholesale market deals with high end fashion clothing and accessories in around some 1,300 shops, with each floor boosting its specialisation in different categories. Get everything at a low price and good grace, some shops allow you to mix different types. Located in the centre of Pratunam, this is an easily accessible shoppers’ stop as compared to other clothing markets of the same scale.

CHATUCHAK WEEKEND MARKET

Mother of all markets in Thailand, this one is a shopper’s delight and has become a landmark amongst tourists and locals for its endless array of bargain shopping. The entire market is encircled within a single walkway that is the chief main road. And from this main venue there are hundreds of Soi alleys or branches extending. It is huge, spreading in 27-sections of the stalls and about 65 small lanes between those sections.  All kinds of fashion clothing, handicrafts, antiques, furniture and much more is available here.
